Some state and national parks have even gotten on board by offering free admission on Opt Outside day. Another alternative to Black Friday is Giving Tuesday, which occurs on the Tuesday after Black Friday (and Cyber Monday). On Giving Tuesday, individuals are encouraged to donate to causes, groups, or organizations they believe in and want to support. These donations aren’t necessarily a large financial sum; individuals simply give what they can or give by volunteering their time.
