Alternatives
Try a reusable razor with a replaceable razor blade. Replaceable, straight razor blades can be recycled with scrap metal at the Community Conservation Center (Berkeley Recycling Center, Second Street @ Gilman Street).
Facts
These are a multiple material item (e.g. plastic & metal), so generally razors are not recyclable. Additionally, they are too small to be properly recycled.
